1st Annual Fishing for Hawaii’s Hungry

IHS was very fortunate to partner with the Pacific Islands Fisheries Group, POP Fishing & Marine, and Garden Valley Isle Seafood, Inc. to become the beneficiary of fresh fish caught from the first annual Fishing for Hawaii’s Hungry free trolling fishing tournament on September, 30 2012.

It was a very successful first annual tournament which brought in almost 700 pounds of fresh fish to help feed the guest of IHS. Fresh Ahi, Shibi, Ono, Mahimahi and Marlin was different types of fish that was caught and donated buy the generous fishermen who participated in the tournament.

The tournament is part of a week long celebrations of the 7th annual Hawaii Fishing Seafood Festival which is on October 7 from 9am to 4pm. IHS will be participating at the festival, see you there!
